Prior to founding Datadog, Olivier Pomel built data systems for K-12 teachers as a VP, Technology for Wireless Generation, where he grew the development team from a handful of people to close to 100 of the best engineers in New York until the company’s acquisition by News Corp. Before Wireless Generation, Olivier held software engineering positions at IBM Research and several internet startups. Olivier is an original author of the VLC media player and holds a MS, CS from the Ecole Centrale Paris.

Prior to founding Datadog, Alexis Lê-Quôc served as the Director of Operations for Wireless Generation, where he built the team and infrastructure that served more than four million students in 49 states. As a member of the original “devops” movement, Alexis spent several years as a software engineer at IBM Research, Neomeo, and Orange, and he brings a strong focus on technical elegance and operational efficiency to Datadog. Alexis holds an MS, CS from the Ecole Centrale Paris and has presented sessions on cloud monitoring and server performance at many conferences, including AWS re:Invent, Monitorama, DevOpsDays, Velocity, and PyCon.

Dr. Yanbing Li is a global business and technology leader with extensive experience in product, engineering, large-scale P&L and global operations. Prior to joining Datadog, Li was the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Aurora. Before Aurora, she was Vice President of Product and Engineering at Google where her portfolio included Google Cloud Commerce, Cloud Operations and Service Infrastructure. Prior to Google, Li held multiple executive leadership positions at VMware, including Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Storage and Availability Business Unit. Li holds a Ph.D degree from Princeton University, a master's degree from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University. She completed the Stanford Executive Program from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2014.

Thibault “Tibo” Sottiaux is a Member of Technical Staff at OpenAI, where he is head of Codex, OpenAI’s software engineering agent. His work focuses on building AI systems that can help developers understand codebases, complete real engineering tasks, and collaborate more effectively across the software development lifecycle. Before OpenAI, Tibo was at Google DeepMind, where he led human data work for Gemini and built AI/ML workflow infrastructure for DeepMind research. Earlier in his career, he worked as a software engineer at Google and in applied research roles across decision-making, predictive modeling, and database systems. He holds degrees in computer science, computational mathematics, and applied mathematics from Université catholique de Louvain.

Ze Wang is the Head of R&D Data Engineering at Sanofi, where she leads global teams of data engineers operationalizing data and analytics across the full R&D business cycle. In her current role, she focuses on delivering data products and building scalable cloud-native data platforms with transversal capabilities, including data observability, semantic layer and agentic data engineering development workflows. Previously, she held various data engineering roles across multiple industries, enabling robust and reliable data solutions for a variety of business-critical use cases. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Toronto’s food scene and playing piano.

Tom is the Chief Product Officer at Vercel leading Engineering, Product, and Design. Previously he spent over 12 years at Facebook where he led development of the company’s core JavaScript Infra, shaped its open source program, and was responsible for the creation and development of React and React Native. Ameet Talwalkar is an associate professor in the Machine Learning Department at CMU and Chief Scientist at Datadog. His current research interests include AI for science, human-AI interaction, and developing specialized foundation models and agents. He co-founded Determined AI (acquired by HPE), helped create MLlib in Apache Spark, co-authored the textbook 'Foundations of Machine Learning,' and spearheaded the creation of the MLSys conference.

Anass is a Backend Software Engineer at Amex GBT, based in Paris, where he contributes to the design and evolution of large-scale, high-performance travel platforms operating at global scale. She designed and scaled an incident management framework that reduced high-severity incidents and strengthened cross-team ownership across engineering, support, and customer-facing teams. Changhyeon Kevin Yoon is a DevOps Engineer at MIRI D.I.H, the company behind MiriCanvas. He works closely with hundreds of developers to deliver more stable and reliable services. As a company providing a web‑based design editor, MIRI D.I.H continuously researches and designs the best architecture to enable users around the world to create the designs they want easily and seamlessly. To support real‑time collaboration and AI‑powered design tools, they run numerous microservices that must operate quickly and without interruption — and they actively leverage Datadog to make that possible. Since 2024, he has been a Datadog Ambassador and currently leads the Datadog Korea User Group. He's been working as a developer for seven years, happily sharing his life with two adorable cats who often join him during his coding sessions.

With over a decade of experience in the AI industry, Clémence has been at the forefront of helping major retailers, media & entertainment, and fashion tech companies unlock value through innovative AI solutions. In April 2023, she joined Datadog as the Engineering Director, leading their data science organization. In January 2025, she took on a new challenge to build from scratch the AI platform for Datadog. Today, Clémence oversees all aspects of AI infrastructure and tooling within Datadog, including the whole AI development lifecycle. She brings her expertise in leadership to nurture a team of data scientists, backend, and frontend engineers, dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of Datadog's customers. Connor is a Product Manager at Datadog, where he works on helping security teams cut through cloud noise to focus on the risks that actually matter. He leads product for the security graph – the underlying data layer that connects cloud resources, identities and threats so detections in Datadog can use the full security and observability context of the platform. Outside of work, you can find Connor playing tennis or stressing over the Montreal Canadiens rebuild.

My name is Jason Fox, SOC Director at RapDev. I lead our Managed Security practice in investigations, threat intelligence, engineering, and threat hunting. Jeff Valeo has served as CLEAR’s Chief Technology Officer since September 2025. Prior to his appointment as CTO, Jeff served as Senior Vice President of Engineering from February 2023. Before joining CLEAR, he served as Vice President of Engineering of Dutchie, a commerce technology platform, from March 2021 to February 2023, and as Vice President of Engineering of Grubhub, an online food ordering and delivery platform, from 2014 to 2021. Earlier in his career, he held engineering positions at Google, and Apple Inc.

In this role he helps leaders in banking, capital markets, and insurance align their observability programs to the outcomes that matter to them most. A lifelong software engineer, John has held executive leadership roles in capital markets for more than twenty years, and has been developing software for more than thirty. He currently spends his free time vibe-coding projects around the house.

Jonas Cronholm-Lundin currently serves as the Head of Platform at Swish. In his role, he focuses on evolving their incident management from a reactive process into a proactive, ecosystem-wide observability framework that ensures the right information reaches the right teams at the right time. Over the past few years, he has spearheaded the transformation of Swish's operational landscape, moving from outsourced dependencies to a high-transparency, SRE-driven approach to platform resilience. Junghun Kim is a DevOps Engineering Team Lead at KRAFTON/PUBG Studio, managing teams across Developer Experience Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering. Kaito Yamagishi is an Engineering Manager and hands-on Backend Engineer at Tapple, Inc. Based in Tokyo, he leads the backend engineering organization behind one of Japan's largest dating apps. He drives the design and evolution of user recommendation systems and their underlying algorithms, and owns architecture decisions across the full backend stack. His work with Datadog includes adopting LLM Observability at its beta stage to help with an LLM-powered message suggestion feature, and leveraging Feature Flags to drive an incremental migration from monolith to microservices in production. Kenta Ishida is an SRE at LayerX. He works on infrastructure operations and observability for an enterprise AI agent platform called AI Workforce, focusing on what he describes as AI Agent Reliability Engineering. He has experience across high-traffic gaming platforms, Kubernetes platforms, and AI SaaS, with a consistent focus on operations and continuous improvement. Konstantino Sparakis is a software engineer with over a decade of experience building secure, distributed systems. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University, where he specialized in computer security and cryptography. Konstantino has worked on cutting-edge technologies across blockchain, privacy, and Web3. He contributed to the xx network alongside David Chaum, helping build a distributed blockchain focused on anonymous, real-time communication. He also played a key role at Nifty Island, a metaverse platform where in-game assets are fully owned as NFTs. Today, Konstantino is at Doppler, where he helps organizations securely manage secrets and strengthen their infrastructure security at scale.

My name is Levi Stalcup, a Senior Software Engineer at H&R Block. I am the Observability technical lead and SME for the organization, leading our Datadog implementation and rollout. I love rockets and space technology, and hope to one day travel there commercially.

My name is Logan Rohloff, and I am a Solutions Architect at RapDev. In my current role, I work with new and current Datadog customers to scope, design, and plan the build out of observability solutions on Datadog such as tool migrations, consolidations, custom integrations, and general cloud automation. Before this role I spent 6 years on the other side of these projects at RapDev leading the delivery of Datadog implementations across hundreds of projects. Nathan Pitchaikani is a Senior Security Engineer at Riot Games, where he’s part of the Security Operations team. With 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, Nathan’s work spans detection engineering, threat hunting, SecDevOps, incident response, and threat intelligence. Naveen Kottala is the Head of R&D Platform Engineering at Sanofi. He leads the development of integrated platforms for data foundations, scientific workflows, and AI/ML capabilities that empower scientists and bioinformaticians in drug discovery and clinical development. Prior to Sanofi, Naveen worked at AWS, where he partnered with pharmaceutical R&D teams to architect and build scalable platform solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys building custom IoT sensors for his home to monitor and prevent events like flooding.

Nick Frichette is a Staff Security Researcher at Datadog, where he specializes in offensive AWS security. He is known for finding multiple zero-day vulnerabilities in AWS services and regularly publishing on new attack techniques. In addition to his research, Nick is the creator and primary contributor to Hacking the Cloud, an open source encyclopedia of offensive security capabilities for cloud environments. He is also a part of the AWS Community Builder Program, where he develops content on AWS security.

Nick Littman is a Customer Solutions Architect at Supabase. He works directly with customers running production Postgres, helping them debug performance problems, make sense of their metrics, and figure out when to optimize vs. when to scale up. He spends a lot of time in pg_stat_statements output and explain plans.

An Atlantan native, I've spent just over two years at FanDuel, two decades in the software industry, and three decades as a programmer, having learned to do so between 6th and 7th grade. My current role involves driving platform strategy across business units, which involves taking ownership of various aspects of supporting product engineers as they craft industry defining customer experiences. I've spent more than half of my career implementing software lifecycle best practices via AWS, Terraform, and analytical tools like DataDog. When I'm not busy supporting FanDuel's variety of product domains, I'm busy being a dad and loving it.

I cut my teeth in app dev and ops before devops was a thing. Was always that dev that spent extra time analyzing logs and writing queries that would make DBAs cringe; a coder with a data science habit. Was deep in OpenTracing before OpenTelemetry and have been a tracing zealot for a long time. Recently been moving the observability needle forward to the user experience which is a whole new fun challenge. In my free time I enjoy the mountains and forests of Colorado and cut/grind/weld car projects in the mad science lab.
