About this Session
GameDays are collaborative learning exercises that test skills in implementing AWS solutions to solve real-world problems in gamified, risk-free environments. These are completely interactive opportunities for technical professionals to explore AWS services, architecture patterns, best practices, and group cooperation without step-by-step instructions.
In this GameDay quest, you're responsible for a shiny new microservice application. Users are frustrated, performance is tanking, and suspicious activity is raising alarms. Step into the role of lead engineer and use Datadog to investigate and remediate the chaos to restore order before issues spiral out of control.
Participants will be provided with live AWS and Datadog accounts to solve these challenges. Our events are open-ended to provide flexibility to think creatively and experiment. Our leaderboard adds an element of competition, as teams earn or lose points based on their progress. Top teams earn prizes!
This event is best played in teams of two, but pairs are not required. This workshop is sponsored by AWS.
